Vivant au Cap Skirring, la Française Rachelle a été tuée par une moto Jakarta, qui l’a heurtée et traînée sur plusieurs mètres.
La victime était à bord de son vélo et a été heurtée par un apprenti mécanicien qui conduisait la moto, selon les précisions de L'Observateur.
Rachelle résidait, depuis 5 mois, à Cap Skirring où elle était venue relancer, avec des partenaires, son entreprise.
Après cet accident, l’apprenti mécanicien a été arrêté et une enquête ouverte.
